4. We offer constant advice, because we want transparency and informed customers.

You must bring proof of a tax certificate and that the company has no debts to the state budget. On the other hand, the company must not have been sanctioned under the labour law.

1. Contracts for permanent foreign workers are for 2 years minimum.

2. The basic salary cannot be lower than the minimum wage in Romania.

3. The maximum working time and minimum rest periods set forth in the Romanian law, depending on the field of activity, must be observed.

4. You are responsible for ensuring working conditions, taking into account the health and safety of employees.

5. Human rights must be observed, so discrimination is not allowed, especially because workers are not Romanian citizens.

After your selection of candidates, the Global Finder team will take care of the documents that are necessary to complete the recruitment process.

During the recruitment process, we will need your help in terms of employment contracts, providing the necessary documents and empowerment to submit and procure documents from the competent institutions.

The recruitment process takes between 3 and 4 months from the moment you selected a worker, being a very complex process that is influenced in a large part by the waiting times required for documents that are issued by authorities.

The employer provides accommodation with facilities included and meals for a foreign employee.

The salary will depend on their qualification and field of activity.
